The price of rent might be monstrously high, but the benefits are well worth it! There are empty rooms that need to be filled, and the only tenants that can fill these slots are virile, young renters who've got lots of stamina, turning their bachelor pad into a sex-filled penthouse! After giving a new male tenant a discounted rate at an all-female dwelling, a magic portal opens up with the bottom half of the succubus landlady slipping through! She says if he wants to enjoy his discounted rent, he'll need to tend to the needs of all the monster girls who make their home in the building. Fortunately for him, there are magic portals that’ll bring the girls to him–at least, parts of them–and make his job easier. But as he begins to connect with a full-figured demi-dog girl who's loyal to his dick, can he keep up with her demanding libido and the rest of the monster girl residents!? Tight Fit! Welcome to the Hole-in-the-Wall Dwelling by Oohira Sunset is a five-star suite filled with the most beautiful and buxom tenants. From a cow girl looking to make the finest milk, a tsundere vampire trying to overcome her prideful nature, and a witch with an bewitching body that's as thick as her wide-brim hat, Oohira Sunset brings meaty, chunky girls that want nothing more than a good load and a soft bed!
